If your weight is a serious issue (no offense meant) but you do look FAR too thin tin that photo, you can get pills from your doctor that help you gain weight. A friend of mine who struggled with anorexia was put on them so that she could gain weight while she coped with the idea of eating.

They really helped.

Well you look fine to me I dont see why you worry so much. You could try cardio because when you gain muscle you will develop a toned and curvier looking body. My cousin is the same way and personally I think you are lucky because you can eat as much as you want without gaining weight. Good Luck:)

I know this sounds strange, but lift weights, not heavy weights stick to smaller weights and do 3-4 sets of 1-15 reps. This will help build some muscle which actually weighs more than fat. You eat a lot, which can help, but what are you eating? Calories are great for gaining weight, but watch the cholesterol, you could be clogging your arteries while trying to gain weight. Try eating more proteins and carbs and actually stay away from fatty foods you want to gain it in a healthy way... proteins and carbs should become your friend but stick to lean meats or beans. There are medications out there that your doctor can prescribe that will help make it so your body will absorb more of what you eat. As for where it will land.. that's up to your genetics, no food goes to any particular spot. You do look pretty thin in the picture you posted, so I can understand wanting to gain a little. The best thing for you to do is talk to a doctor. They will instruct you on how to gain the weight in a way that will not put your heart in danger of cholesterol overload. You still look Gorgeous! How old are you? Are there women in your family that are bigger? if so you may just need to wait for you metabolism to catch up with you. But talk to a Doc... they will be able to help A LOT

All you need to stop is stop exercising and eat right before bed. do it for about a month and you should be fine afterwards.

I think that you look just fine the way you are. Definitely talk to a doctor about it if that's what you really want. Just don't forget about how lucky you are. So many people would give absolutely any thing to be as thin as you, myself included. Good luck.

try getting a nutritionist who can put you on foods that will help you gain weight like lots of protein. make sure you gain weight in a healthy way tho.

dont stop excersising!! all this means is you have a fast metabalism HA i had the same prob im alomost 20 and have onli jus started to put weight on and look healthy so dont worry aboutit!
