truthfully depending on your age your hips may not have spread for puberty

and some people just never really have much shape difference between the waist and hips but having a healty diet and weight can help. does the women in your family have that kind of definition?

either way bah i'm off my train of thought. depending on your age you may not be able to have much definition yet

in some cases your built won't allow you to lose weight from different spots, however don't panic the only;y trick is to learn in which body type you belong to and work on emphasizing your best features...i'm for example apple shaped,....that's why it is a toil to lose pounds from my tummy...look at this useful article it might help you

pilates that target the obliques (side muscles) i think they're pretty helpful, once you get them toned more, the shape should start coming , but it'll be a long process. Eat healthy tooo =D like still eat normally, but you can just do the pilates for the waist, and yoga to stretch out and relax :)
