ways to slim out your legs...?

my body in not that proportional. my upper is slim and just ryt while starting from my thigh down my legs was just big! i hate it..also my legs and thigh were not lady legs are with big muscles and its very awkward hitting the gym now to firm it down

my thigh is a bit slimmer now but my legs was still the same! when i look at it it seems to me that it is much bigger with my not that small 5"3 in height..but its just so not right at all..i cant even wear shorts or skirts... is there anyways to even it out?...i think this can be compare to a chicken!!!

sometimes it's just like that because of your genes.

you can try to do leg workouts that deal with the upper leg but make sure it's high repitition, low weight to burn rather than build muscle and make it worse

i have big ol legs and my bf loves them. it really depends on you i would hope you can learn to deal with it being apart of you but it never hurts to try and improve just remember there are lots of ppl out there who have skinny lil legs and would kill for some thickness
