How to be the 'New Girl'?

well, I moved to the North East part of the city, causing me to move schools. I start Tuesday, and I am TERRIFIED. Never in my life have I been the new girl. I was always moving along with the others, right into Junior High smoothly. Im in grade 8 and I've been to two schools.

My elementry and My junior high.

I was also popular at my old school.

I just need some really good tips on how to be the new girl. Maybe even some new hairstyles or makeup ideas. I know the basics, like 'confidence is key' already, but Im not satisfied.

Please guys. I need help. Im clueless.

The more indepth your answer is, the better.

If you were popular at your old school, you should start fitting in perfectly with the others. It is actually easier than you would think, especially because someone is bound to see you and invite you over. If you are talkative, that makes it so much easier. My sorta-friend Audrey is really talkative (she was new to my school last year) and she fit in like she had been there her whole life. I'm kind of in a hurry right now, so I can't answer the question in full as much, but you can message me if you want to talk or need advice(i'm going to request you as my friend right now, and of course if you don't want me to be your friend that's okay).

i was the new girl recently and the first like 4 days were rough, but now im fine, just be confident (i know you already know that) cause i wasnt when i went and i think it could of made a BIG difference. Try not to be annoying either, whenever someone wont shut up i tend to not want to be around them. lol. Goodluck though!!!

I've been "The New Girl" many times before and honestly it never really bothered me until the last time I moved from Mexico to Canada, now that was a Big change for me, however the best thing I did was to concentrate in what's really important for me (school, studies, etc) friends will come alone, trust me. I know it sounds lame but it's true. Relax, and be confident.

I know how you feel...the confidence is key gets super annoying, but honestly, don't even try changing yourself for others. I did and it was a bad mistake because I was a total B-word to all the girls I'm friends with now. if you want new hairstyles and makeup just cause you want to, check out lilcammo93's tutorials. Just look up indie hair and she comes up as the first video, well at least she is on my iPod. haha.
