ur BMI (body mass index) is average so ur not fat or anything.

If you want some simple exersises your best bet is to get a teen magasine like GL or SEVENTEEN that has a 8 week workout and its simple step by step...or try the internet.:)

when i was 16 i was about 5'6 and i was 180lbs

it was very proportionate (lol i went to school and i still can't spell)

one thing i did was the tension exercises.

you can do it all day long even

tighten your stomach muscles, legs, butt, etc hold it for a few seconds then release

this will burn calories and build tighten muscle

also stick to boiled or baked foods, veggies and fruit of course are good but you need to eat some protin and carbs to keep up your energy
