how do i get skinnier thighs

i workout every day take the dog for a walk in morning and do a gym class in the afternoon and eat healthy. my thighs are still massive and i havnt got any skinner :(

I know what you mean about thighs. If there too big, shorts and skirts don't look right. So you seem to be doing all the right stuff as far as diet and exercise go. Tell me, are you a big tall girl? Sometimes that just mean you're bigger all over. And probably your thighs look more "massive" to you than they really are :D One thing that might be possible is that ur thighs are just very muscular.

U do pretty much everything u should do..but maybe this is just your genetics..My friend did all exercises and she don't have a big belly but thighs are little bigger,but she still wears skirts etc..And like Jackie said your thighs are more massive to u :)

do all over liposuction on thighs. you need a good doctor to do that. i saw on tv-- dr. vicky belo in manila, philippines did the procedure on someone. the patient (lady) was satisfied.
