If you're really concerned about your BMI you should see your doctor and not rely on the internet for resources. Not the best choice. :P

i don't like those sites they aren't very good or realistic



everytime i go to one it says i'm overweight/ almost obese



i'm 5'6" and i weigh 155lbs. i look great! you can see my pics on my page i'm not obese no where near



ps that site said my bmi was 25 on the dot and that's obese

That is the official CDC [Center for Disease Control] website's BMI calculator. It also has helpful information on weight loss, gain, etc.

theres like a list on top that appears like health n beauty

fitness ,where you can see calories,metabolism.etc..

BMI is absolutely worthless. Getting your body fat percentage tested will tell you a lot more about your body and what you need to do with it.
