Is there any good diet plans i can follow that actually really work?

i need to stick to a diet plan or something, im driving myself insane, i need to lose some weight and fast, i feel so uncomfortable and just feel disgusting. i have a gym but its just the motivation to go, i know i need to go and that but i love food way too much. i know it sounds silly but i have tried to stop eating but when i get upset or down i turn to food. i really need some help .. im going on holiday in july and i want to look my best. please help

try the banana diet.

it says that you don't need to work out if it stresses you out, but i would encourage you to work out if you want to tone up too.

well, it's not so much about the diet, I bet you have probably seen this situation a million times brefore-you lose weight fast but then gain it even faster. so I'm all against diets. if you want to lose weught, you have to change your whole way of life. for example, you have to learn that food won't make you feel better when you're sad. changing your eating habits is the best. excercise, eat healthy, no junk food, no food late at night, eat a biiig breakfast and a lot of fruit and vegetables. and if you feel like eating when bored or sad or anytime when you aren't actually hungry-you have to sustain. try this little trick-brush your teeth when you feel like eating and you're not actually hungry. menthol will make you not wanna eat cause you know that food tastes different when mixed with menthol so your body will automatically destroy any crave for un-necessary food

I agree with Maeve!!! But Special K challenge is decent for a VERY SHORT period of time if you just want a boost. Just make sure you go back to eating healthy portions and types of foods after a month.

well if you wanna lose weight. diets usually don't work. most of them are just bogus. lol

but what i do is go to the gym. everyday. no matter how lazy i am. lol (and its haaaard. i know exactly how you feel)

if you wanna lose weight workout for an hour everyday.

and then eat lots and lots of fruit and vegetables. no sugary snacks. no junkfood.

you can even cut out carbs if you want.

im on this diet right now (well its more of an elimination diet to see if im allergic to any kinda food)

but i can't have any carbs what so ever. i can only have nuts. anything but peanuts. lol but yeah it makes you lose weight. but you have a lot of energy from not eating all those carbs.

Diets are never a good way to lose weight and if u lose weeight quickly your more than likely to put it back on just as fast as you lost it!! I used to be the same never had any motivation to get up and go to the gym and i love food. Believve me tho the healthiest and best way to lose weight is to have a healthy diet and work out!The feeling you get after working out is great u feel better because you know you've done something good. Even try swimming its really good for toning up!

i do go to the gym but sometimes i have like full days of college, then i have to go to work and everything always messes up! ive tried and whats making it alot worse is i feel just horrible in comparision to the girls around me, i mean i cant even wear shorts in this hot weather because have really horrible stretch marks, its ll really beginning to make me feel really upset and down, but thankyou so much for your answer
