HELP, If i went to the gym everyday for a week and ate really good, would i see a difference?

I was just wondering if i would see and feel a difference if i went everyday this following week, cos right now i hate myself and i hate nice food for the gut its gave me, i need some real big advice.

Going to the gym every week will definately help.

Start by exercising a little and work your way up. Work it into your daily routine.

And eat better foods like apples and carrots. Look at the calorie and fat content on the food you eat. And important fact: Sugar turns into fat. So if you're eating candy that's fat free the sugar makes up for the fat. You can still have fun food like ice cream once in a while but try the kind with half the fat and make sure you continue with your exercising. Try eating less to no fast food meals and try to only eat fast food once in a while. Skip the fried stuff.

Don't hate yourself; we all have a gut once and then learn.

So go to the gym and start off simple but do it consistantly; it won't happen over night. But in a month you will definately see a difference.

But, remember when you get where you want to be to continue or else you could get a gut again.

one week may help you loose some water weight and you may feel better after a week but to show real difference you'll have to work out like 3days a week for a while and i would choose salads and grilled/boiled foods for your main meals and maybe have a certain number of meals a week where you'll allow yourself to 'indulge' or have a snack but still keep the portion in moderation don't try to finish your whole plate.

why do you hate yourself i mean your very pretty dont let yourself down because people can try to run you over never give up live your dreams thats everything to live for hope this helps.(:

thankyou nicolette! i do go to a gym but im like really busy somedays but i have a whole weeeeeek off! i just need to do something cos im so upset and down! :( thankyou so much for your help :D ill be sure to let you know. xx

do i have to do 3 days a week so the days inbetween im allowing my muscles to relax then back to hard work again, ive been told thats how to properly do it ... thankyou for your commmment :D xxx
