what do you do to feel good about yourself? i dont litsen to what people say..thats the problem because most people justtell me im pretty. but im trying to improve my self confidence for myself and them so t hey dont have to litsen to me complain about my body/looks

You shouldn't let what people say about you effect you. I have this same problem and I hate feeling bad about myself when people say things because you know that's what they want. Find things about yourself that you really like and say them out loud. like "I have a great personality" Don't think about the negatives. Just the positives. and Don't dress or say things just because other people are. It's okay to think different from them. Go out and buy things that you feel confident in and that you like, don't worry what other people think. When I've gone out and bought things I really like and wear them to school. I've actually gotten a lot of compliments from friends about them. Just be yourself. :)

don't listen to what other people say. beacause then it just makes you think more about the negatives, idk why, lolzz. but it just does. (: also, everyday when you wake up, look in the mirror and say to yourself - 'i am confident' or 'i am pretty' about five times and sooner or later you will start to believe in youself and you will have more confidence because you will believe what you have been saying to yourself. and whenever something scary is coming up, just say to yourself, under your breath - 'i am confident' (:
