How do I lose a little weight on my tummy area?

So I don't think I'm fat, but I'm not super skinny. My legs and butt and arms are fine, but my tummy needs a little work. Just that stupid fat "roll" thing on the bottom part of my belly. How can I lose that when I always eat, but healthy organic foods? Crunches? Sit ups? I need a routine :( Especially since high school is in like two months...

what i used to do in school was tension workout

just tighten (not really suck in but actually use the muscles) in your stomach. hold them for about 30 seconds then release. relax for a min then hold them again

you can hold it for longer and get to the point where you can hold them almost all day and when it becomes second nature the muscles are already tight from the workout and it's easy enough to do every day even while your out with your family and at school

just do small exercises during the adverts on tele, such as the ones that 'BarbiPiXi' mentioned. :]

Start by doing like 20 sit ups a day and then after a week increase it by another 20 etc. etc.

For abdominal defining you could do abdominal reverse curls, bicycle kicks, clams, crunch and twist, reverse crunches, and v-up's. I'm not a big fan of going out and hitting the gym, but I could lay in bad and do these during my shows or even during commercial breaks! It's good to do about 10-12 reps but the more you do the better, and my stomach got flatter and more defined in days.
