I'm 12. Is there any kind of pill that people MY age can take? I'm concerned and I don't want to talk to a doctor...because I don't have one where I currently live yet. :/

1. Stop looking for an easy way out. I don't know how much you weigh, or whether or not you're confusing "fat" with regular baby fat , since you're just 12, but no matter what, if you're going to lose weight, you can't try to do it "quick and easy" . It's impossibly to do that in a healthy way.

2. How much do you know about diet pills? In the fashion sites I visit, and through the things I've read, I can say that you'll either get a pill and it doesn't do anything (a placebo) or you'll get a pill and it will work but be very harmful to your health (they have caused many deaths and heart failures). You are only 12.

3. If you want to lose weight, truthfully, you'll have to learn to do some math and find around how many calories do you need to take in to maintain your current weight, and then from there, you just intake a little less calories (but not too little or you will be killing yourself and forcing your body into starvation mode, then your organs will fail.)

What I'm saying is, you can't do too much too fast, and you can't eat too little too fast, slow and steady, and HEALTHY is the way to do it. So eat more healthy meals , first and formost. Start exercising more during the week.

If you want me to do the calculations for you just leave your height and current weight in an inbox and i'll explain it more in detail and see if we can come up with someone if that's what you truly want, but don't try to obsess about it. None of it will grant you happiness. Happiness is a state of mind.

WOAAAHH girl. There is no way your gonna take a pill. I know you want too and you think youll lose faster but its honestly no good. Being healthy and fit is a life time thing. Are you gonna take a pill the rest of your life, that probably wont give you the results you think you are going to get? If you want to lose weight and be confident you are going to have to work for it. You can start slow, just simply count calories. If you are serious about losing weight and want to know anything let me know and ill help you!

Diet pills can be really dangerous. Especially for someone your age. You are still really young, your body isn't done growing. When you start to get older, your body will change in size and shape. If you really want to lose weight, exercise and eat healthier. But don't make a drastic change, because your body is going to change on its own. Give it time

I agree diet pills are dangerous and your body will change..i was chubby at 12 years old myself its just a stage we go through. Some people's bodies cant handle diet pills and it causes major problems like heart conditions. Just give it time your body will change you are beautiful as it is..if you decide you want to try exercising like silence_ suggested i can give you some pointers
