This happened to a lot of people as they're going through.. ahem, that thing all teenagers go through. Try and make sure the TV's off or the radio isn't playing or the lights aren't on or anything like that. Try taking a few deep breathes before getting in bed to try to relax. Don't do exersizes or anything like that before bed. It should go away after a while, but if it doesn't tell your perants and they could take you to a doctor.

you can actually get too much sleep and get sleepier from it. it weakens your sleep system and cycle. that can make you feel weird and all sorts of things just as lack of sleep can make you an insomniac.

one thing that actually helps you get a better sleep is exercising (not right before you go to bed) but sometime during the day

sometimes making a better sleeping pattern. like having a bed time and wake up time be more steady.

not being too hot or cold at night.

some people do need an over the counter sleeping pill to help get to the deep sleep required to recharge

sometimes you may need to be eating better and taking a vitamin

drink plenty of water

perhaps have your mom give you a massage before you go to bed and see if it helps you relax so you can get a deeper sleep

some people have to sleep with the fan on to have the hair moving or the noise to lul them to bed

Oh yeah, and I looked at some of the other questions you asked, but I'm too lazy to go back to those pages...

You would look even prettier if you would SMILE in your pictures!! S M : ) E ! It works wonders.

Try doing yoga or something, or making your room darker, or doing something boring. :P
