Removing eyeliner?

Haha, I'm not experienced with eyeliner (Considering the fact that I don't wear it, but I'd like to start.)

I always had this question: How on earth do you remove it? You know, without getting it in your eyes? Using soap is too risky. lol.

Usually, if I don't have a special makeup remover available, I use this pad that has the consistency of a cottonball, but it's flat and...well, like a pad. I wet it with hot water, lay it over my eyes for a bit, and the CAREFULLY start wiping off the eyeliner with the dull corners of that pad.

Cotton swabs are the all time favorite correctors of eyeliner smudges and such, but they DO work for slight removal. They get rid of the majority of the eyeliner, at least so it won't get into your eyes.

If you don't want to use soap (I use my hands and just regular face wash) you can use baby shampoo. I used to have this AWFUL rash underneath my eyes that I could simply not understand! I get it almost every winter now, it is so STRANGE! So I moisturize it with baby shampoo from Johnsons, or whatever that brand is, haha. It doesn't sting your eyes at all, and it really works! I don't think I'd advice washing the rest of your face with it, though. o:-)

You may try your local pharmacy for some eye makeup remover.....also dab milk before and after applying the eye makeup remover

i usually use some face lotion (nothing too scented or strong) on a q-tip- not a glob of lotion tho, rub some into the q-tip, then carefully wipe off eyeliner, almost like when u put it on. seems to work well for me! hope this helps! =o)
