i would not recommend it, it will harm the pores and maybe one day result in cancer.

using real bleach can dry your skin, make it brittle, and take out the natural oils that keep it young and plyable

you can use a skin lightening cream and it's a daily thing you use slowly and you can slowly see some lightening effects but you still have to watch for the symptons above

I watched an episode on Tyra about this.

The best thing for your cousin would be to actually go see a dermatologist and ask. Your skin is very delicate and bleaching can react differently to different people.

love the skin you're in! I think darker skinned people are soooo beautiful because they have such rich colour and healthy skin without any blemishes etc I use to wish I wasn't light skinned! but I do not recommend bleaching it has a really strong HClO Hypochlorite ion. This will break down the oils that are supposed to keep your skin supple and give you wrinkles, it can sometimes burn your skin as well definetly make sure she sees a dermotologist, if she still wants to go through with it. xoxo
