How do I gain the right kind of wieght?

I have lost too much wieght and am having difficulty putting the wieght back on. Is there a way to gain a tone type of wieght? I have tried weight gainers shakes, changing what I eat many times and I am still losing wieght. What can I do?

you have to be taking in more calories than you are burning. eat more meals during the day

i say more because when you are on a diet usually your stomach will shrink and you can't eat as much in a sitting so eat healty snacks during the day between meals

eat more milk products and make sure for your meals you are getting a good amount of meat, carbs, and vegies

if you eat a salad for lunch you are burning more to eat that than you are getting from it so it ususally will make you keep loosing weight

it's also good to drink something like ensure or slimfast either as your drink with meals or as the snacks between

they are full of good vitamins and minerals

slimfast will help you loose weight as a meal replacer but if you eat it with a healty meal it will help you maintain a healty weight and can even help you gain some back

increase the amount of healthy food you are eating and exercise a little bit less, like once or twice a week.

Take vitamins if you don't have an appetite.

Just try eating healthy and not over doing it. Start slowly and increase the amount of food you eat every day, dont try to binge eat or anything because that will be bad for you. Just try vitamans and keep the healthy.

While your at it dont over exercise as that will just burn everything you gained. Once you have reached your haelthy wait keep eating health food and your good!

eat healthty...mainly protein, carbs and some fat, and loads of fruits and vegetables. and do some weight training

eat lots of pastas and stuff because they're high in complex carbohydrates

keep up eating regular meals increasing there size and snacks in between meals, aim for three mains and 3-4 snacks

dw i lost heaps of weight a few months ago and i was down to 42kg, which is fair skinny for me and i did those and put the weight back on in no time

i also no protein helps, so steaks and leafy green veges

hope i was some help
