I'm pretty sure this is the worst week ever.

I won't lie, I'm not much of a fashionista.  I'm a jeans and tee shirts girl through and through.  For me, becoming gorgeous is less about loving clothes and more about loving myself.  They say you have to love yourself before you can love anyone else.

What do you do to relax after a stressful situation?

Some people prefer bubble baths, some love ice cream, quiet walks...I want all your best suggestions for relaxing and being happy.

When I'm stressed I scream into pillow I know it's weird, but it helps..Or I lie in my bed reading a book,or just lying and not thinking about anything :))

I usually take a nap if its a really bad day. If im just stressed I'll sing :) Singing is an outlet for me, hopefully it will be one for you!

Take a lavender bubble bath and when I drain the bath I think of the bubbles as all my problems and watch go down the drain. Or work out or eat :)

A long walk followed by an even longer bubble bath works for me. I had just had a big fight with two girls on my costume team at school. Not a real fight but you know screaming and stuff. And that made me feel totally better. And definitely go to Ulta or Sephora and get some bath oils first. they make it much better.

lay down in bed and turn on the radio to something that doesn't have too many adds to annoy you and sing along to the songs
