go on a diet or exercise in the morning for at least an hour. if you cant control eating, try sleeping, it makes you less hungry :)

if you are like me, i am not very active at all. What i did helped me lose 15lbs in 2-3 months!
I did some cardio workout every other day so i can have a day in between to relax because you can hurt yourself if you workout of ever day without letting the body rest.
- I used this workout and the pounds where going away!
Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders:Power Squad Bod!-Hard Body Boot Camp
It is fun and seeing those cheerleaders helped me keep in mind that i wanted to workout!
What i liked also about it is that they had two girls in the group showing beginners and intermediate workouts so you can feel comfortable at whatever pace you are comfortable in.
Also, their trainer makes jokes so it is a good laugh while doing crunches! haha

Also, i am NOT a huge fan of water however i managed to incorporate at least 3-4 bottles a day.
When it comes to food that is an obstacle. I actually ate more than less! It's weird, i know but i found it helpful.
I ate six meals a day! Now like BIG meals but breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack.
Try eating Special K cereal as well, whenever i got hungry, even if i ate already, i decided to eat a bowl of Chocolate Delight :)
Try to also incorporate salads as well and fruits and vegetables. I wasn't a fan of vegetables but Green Giant helped me! They put their some vegetables either in a creamy cheese or garlic sauce which i love :)

Go to weight watchers?.... erm, try the slim fast diet? with the ,milskshakes and everything type in google 'slim fast diet' some stuff should come up then.. maybe do some excersise aswell go for some jogs?

Well go to a shop called weightwatchers the food there is kinda nice i heard and eat healthy food like fruit for breakfas and salads instead of a sugary cereal or toast and try to do more exercise like if you want something dont say pass that go and get it yourself !! xx ..
