is it totally healed? if it is it may be permanent, if not you may want to find vitamin e, bio oil, neosporin with vitamin e, or something else to help it heal better with less scarring. give it some time and tlc. maybe cocoa butter too-things that help minimize scarring and stretch marks

sorry i have a white spot in the middle of my forehead (it's a scar) and i've had it since i got chicken pox back in the early 90's i also have one up right in the part of my hair where my bangs come down that doesn't grow hair so i have about a half inch circle in my hair that doesn't grow hair : P

you can always end up seeing a dr about trying to fix it. there may be some makeup trick you can use. or you can make up some fake story about getting jumped by some by some cheerleaders lol

Yea, make sure your skin is totally healed. Give it time...maybe the hole or crater will reduce in depth and size. The only way that I know to get rid of acne scars or holes is Microderm abrasion. It is expensive. My bestfriend is doing it to reduce her acne craters.

Thanks for that. A colleague of mine suggested a chemical peel if creams and stuff dont do the trick...hmmm, not sure as to what that entails, but will research. Thanks again

ha ha, I'll probably have to. I've made mental peace with the fact that I'll probably have to invest in a good everyday foundation. I dont think the hole is going to close, sigh...

I think it is completely healed as its not sore at all anymore, still a bit red, but becoming more defined if you know what I mean. I am currently using Bio Oil, seems to work on the spots but no change in the hole. A friend suggested Youth Gel -Avroy Shlain product- which according to her works on every type of blemish and scar imaginable, not too sure about its effects on chicken pox holes. I never suffered from acne and dont have any marks and stuff on my face so this is a real eye sore for me, and a real adjustment. But thanks for the advice.
