Wash yer hair with cold water, any kind of heat damages yer hair.

When you shampoo yer hair scrub yer scalp in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes.

Pantene ProV- long and thick shampoo conditioner

Get a mosturizing hair mask and a DAILY mosturizing hair creme, like Herbal Essences 'break's over' hair creme, put it in your hair after you TOWEL DRY it and let it soak fer a minute or to.

Then blow dry your hair with cold air.

Before you straighten your hair spray some hairspray on a brush and comb it threw yer hair.

It'll help it stay straight so you don't hafta go over yer hair 5oox lol my hair was fried about 2 weeks ago and ive been doing all of this and skipping out on straightening every once in a while

hope it helps! i know how it feels

give your hair a break from heat a few times a week by putting leave in conditioner in your hair and air drying it... my favorite product to make your hair soft and shiny, and even to air dry with is : Chi silk infusuion, it works so good!

Well.... First of all If you have curly hair and are straightning it, I feel your pain. I straighten my hair too a lot. What I do is every week after school is out for the weekend I shampoo my hair and and put in TONS of a deep conditioner. I use Dry Remedy by Aveda. Then I don't rinse it out and leave it in for the whole weekend(If I Need to go somewhere, I just braid my hair, maby in cute french Braid and straighten my bangs)The sunday night I wash my hair and put all my straightining products in. If you straighten and blow dry your hair, you ABSULOTLY HAVE TO USE A HAIR PROTECTANT. If you don't your hair will never get better. I really nice product to use is brilliant damage control, also by Aveda. Then I blow dry my hair or let it air dry (better) and straighten it.
