okay. a better way to tan would be to but on lots of sunscreen and lay outside for a hour or two then take some shade for a little/ put some sunscreen on again, and repeat.

hope it helps!

you can get a tanning lotion. you put it on and it gives you color. um i heard if you put baby oil on and than go tan you get a magor tan.

What i do is i go tanning at a salon for one month at the end of the school year to get my summer tan. I only went every other day. which is safe. and im thinking about going back tanning a month before school to get rid of my tan lines

I have pale skin as well and tanning can be really bad for us. When your skin darkens into a tan when you are out in the sun, your skin builds up pigments because of tissue damage. You are damaging the tissue in your skin EVERY TIME YOU TAN! Over time, this will result in early age spots, wrinkles and of course skin cancer is always a possibitlity. The BEST SAFEST way to get tan is to use those moisturizing creams that give you color, NOT THE KIND THAT HELP YOU GET A TAN. You want the kind that gives you a fake tan, but if you apply it as the directions say and get the right color for your skin tone it should look natural. Another, but slightly more expensive often are spray tans, like in a booth. Many salons do them. Remember to always wear sunscreen outside, even if your not planning to be exposed. Especially now in the summertime.

Hope that helps. xoxo
