working out twice a day can tire your body out. unless you are trying to become a body builder, there is no reason to workout that much. if you work out that often you are only going to tear your muscles and not give them proper time to repair. you can look into working different muscle groups a day or a total body workout with rest days in between. continuously stretch and plenty of nutrients to replenish the muscle.

Everything in moderation. I had to work out twice a day for about a month. It sucks. Not only did I not see improvement, but I was always exhausted, and never had energy for anything else. I recommend 3-4 times a week of weights and cardio, and (if you REALLY want to get in shape soon) yoga every morning. You will tone up quite well revolving the three.

my boyfriend says 2hr a day 5 days a week is the most you need you can even just do 1hr a day and that should be fine

i would suggest getting some light weights like the lil 3lb from walmart and doing arm curls, crunches, and leg lifts

high rep low weight doen't build muscle as fast but it will burn fat

Hey :) , Well Tbf , It Depends What Kind Of Working Out Your Going To Do , Most Working Out Sure , Of Corse It Will Work , But Maybe 'shaggyfaz' has a theory , but this is my opinion;

i am fat

i work out 3 times a day

i look alot slimmer than befor

around my legs , my stomach , and my bum ;D

srsly i think it works :) , and yeah watch what you eat , snack on fruit and stuff , But By Your Picture , It Doesnt Look Like You Need To Loose Weight , Your Really Skinny But What Ever Makes You Happyyy :) xxxxxx

Hey, i study this kind of thing, and the answer is nope. Working out twice a day, will have more of a bad effect on your body rather than better effect, it does seem to make more sense that the more you train the better shape you will be in, but unfortunatly when the body over trains, you are making it a whole lot more difficult to get the shape you want, slowing the process down a lot more, just do a nice amount of training, 1-2 hours a day, mix it up a little bit, try different things, and watch what you eat, and you should be fine, make sure to get plenty of rest. It helps out alot!
