I am 50 years old, married and we have a little beagle named Willow. I live in Stafford springs, Ct and work with my husband in his painting business. It's hard work but it has it's rewards. I started all this today because I would like to improve my looks if I can. I want to look the best I can for More saduisahduiash dsau

I am new at this and posted a comment on my pagethinking it was a question. I really need some help

I turned 50 in June and would like to do something about my hair. Maybe go a little lighter and put in some long layers? I had a very bad car wreck 10 years ago and have some scarring and paralyzation on the right side of my face which makes feeling good about the way I look hard sometimes but i never liked it much before. My husband and i did a virtual make over but it was so hard to tell about the colors which are so unreal looking and the face stuff..forget it...I wear light make up and in some of my pics I am not wearing any at all. My hair is to the middle of my back and medium brown. I see pictures of neautiful colors on the boxes but wonder if I should go to a salon and be safer. I found a few styles online I liked but will they look good and is my hair right for the particular style? So many questions and so few answers...Thanks!

it's always safer to just go to a salon if you have longer hair cause it can take 2 boxes even or you may not get it all. and that way you won't have missed spots lol

i like leaving my hair it's natural dark brown and getting gold foils on the top layer to add some shape

also a side bang does wonders for the face

i think that some long layering would look pretty on you :)

i also think a lighter tone added would be great as it would bring out your eyes and make your skin glow :)

if you have problems with your scarring btw, there is make up specially designed for things such as this, but i think you look lovely ! :) i hope i look as good as you at 50 :D xxx
