i have like hooded brown eyes and i can never find anything to make them stand out more..

people say that they are a preetty colour and all .. and no matter how many different things i try they dont seem to accentuate them as much as i want to...

so should i be following specific rules on only putting eyeliner on the top?? or using a different eyeshadow colour or something?? using a lash maximising mascara??

Thanks for any help :)

For hooded eyes I would wear matte colours and try to volumize lashes and make them appear thicker and longer. I would also put mascera on the bottom of lashes. Use little eye liner.

I learned from some makeup lady that purples really make brown eyes pop! Maybe you can experiment with them. I have even used purple/lilac eye pencils.
