best advice would be to not drink any fizzy drinks :) avoid them. Stick to juice or water :) go jogging maybe on the weekend , for 15 minutes:)? and as you get more confortable with it , increase the time you jog for. Aerobics are fun , and are a great way to exercise :) When it comes to food , its better for you to cook meals at home rather than buying ready meals , also cutting down portions for example :) Its better to eat smaller portions , throughout the day rather than just a big ones.

Well drinking water is always a good start. One soda has twice the daily amount of sugar needed for one person. Then there is also eating the fruits and veggies. But be careful b/c though fruit is usually tagged as a healthy choice it also contains its own sugar so to much is counter acting the weight loss.

Now onto fitness. Start out slow. If you over work the body on the first work out its going to resist the change, its response is basically "what the f*ck is this???" haha! Find a set of steps. Any step will work, and start step-stepping :) just step up andd down up and down. Thats works lower stomach muscles and legs :) There are push ups, crunches, mountain climbers, jogging. Every little step helps in the fight against weight! Lol good luck gilr!

it will always go by the way you discipline yourself when it comes to eating try eating a lot in the morning then just enough in the afternoon and try eating less in the evening or not at all haha it really could help.. :)) water is also the best thing you should not forget to..
