Hard Candy Glamoflauge is the best drugstore concealer. It covers under eye circles, blemishes, redness, scarring, birthmarks etc. It also stays on all day, one tube lasts a very long time. i got mine at walmart. if ya don't like that then u could try maybelline new york dream mousse concealer

I'm a drugstore makeup junkie, so I've gotten some good ones for a good deal. There's Olay&Covergirl SimplyAgeless under eye concealer. It's an all-around well reviewed concealer, and it works great for me. I got it in too light of a shade, though, so I'm saving it for winter, when I'm at my palest. If you put it on your lid, it works as a primer. Kind of. For, you know, when you find yourself without primer.

Also, I have a simple Maybelline cover stick that I use for under my eyes. It matches my skin tone perfectly so I usually use this ^-^
