Im 14 I weigh 160 and really want to lose weight. I dont care how fast but everyone says eat healthy and you will lose weight but... If I eat about 1500 cals a day i will gain weight. anyone who is in same situation or know what i could do?

most celebrities who are on diets eat 1,200 calories each day, and they seem to lose weight fast. or, you can continue eating 1,500 cals per day and excersize along with. excersizing may make you gain weight though, since muscle weighs more than fat. however, excersizing will give you a leaner and more toned body
