It all depends on your style. If you are more preppy, then Aeropostale sells some fairly decent priced jewelry (it gets even cheaper when it goes on sale which happens ever few week). If you like more exotic jewelry or quirky jewelry, then try Forever21. They carry the cutest items. If you like cutesy jewelry try lulu' They don't have actual stores but if you are ok about ordering online then its perfect. Lastly, if you do like H&M, try them. They're jewelry is cheap, cute, and they have a lot to choose from. One place I don't recommend is Max Rave, its cheap sure, but it breaks too easily. If you can't locate those stores, then try local stores, or check out the nearest mall!

Lmao. I just went to claires a few days ago and bught a whole bunch of stuff, they were having a sale.

But you could also make your own. Neat beads are available at most craft stores. I love buying buttons and sewing them on purses and hats and whatnot to make them cute and original(:

I would check Claire's and Ebay. Make sure you set your eBay search to free shipping and buy-it-now, so it's just like you're buying from a store. search for lots with lots of jewelery. You'd be surprised what you can find on there.

you can make your own jewelery, too. (: I perfer to just wear my friendship necklace and homemade ankle bracelet. Just get some thread. often homemade jewelery is more noticed and loved than purchased jewelery, and it's a lot cheaper, too!

good luck!
