major weight loss needed

I am only 5 ft & I. Am 150 lbs I have a ball coming up andi need to shrink at east 10 lbs. I would rather not use pills but exersises like crunches and butlifts. The big prblemo is that I tore my acl in my right knee so I can notstraighten that knee at all. Technicaly. I shouldn't exersise either but I refuse to look like a cow. I realy need non streniuos routine so I can lose some. The ball is in two weeks.

Well you shouldn't excersise because if you do you can hurt yourself more, you should just try eating healthily x

i also tore my ligament really badly(didnt know for 6yrs) so it got worse. but i say do yoga. i know it involves stretching. but there are so many othr positions dat dnt hyprextend ur right leg.

seventeen.com has a ton of really great exercises that I've found really useful. (I've lost 20 pounds in just a month so far!). They have tons of great beach body exercises. So I highly recommend that. Sparkpeople.com is also a great (free) way to track progress with what you eat, and how you exercise. I hope this helps! Best of luck(:
