i think that u shouldn't out on any weight at the moment because ur gonna be changing soon and if u put on weight u mite not be able to stop, just wait, size 6 is good for an 11yr old. Dnt worry about ur weight

I agree with Kayles, you might regret it later, however if you want to loose weight anyway try mixing the foods from different categories, fruits and meat and diaries. The key is in fact to enjoy food, those who it with pleasure and what they really like tend to put on weight more easily, you might think about it:D

Dont eat breakfast then at lunch over eat. thats how you gain weight or eat big and dont burn your calories after. :thumbup:

use this and see if you really need to gain weight... i'm fine for my height and i'm a size 3 in jeans and i'm 14. and if you really do need to gain weight, don't eat things like candy and unhealthy things. that will really hurt your body, so be sure to still eat the right foods. carbs like pastas and breads go a long way.

i use to be that little when i was your age..but know im in a size 5 juniors and im 15,

i didnt get any bigger till my 8th grade year..trust me you dont want to try and get bigger or you will be TOO big when you hit high school..lol, b-)

I think you should eat regular sized meals; it's best to eat with friends or family so they can tell you if you're not eating enough. You should always eat when you're hungry. I really don't think you need to worry unless you're undereating. It would be a good idea to go to a local doctor and ask them about whether you're underweight, just to be sure.



I think it's sensible not to worry about eating and body weight - I find that being involved in a lot of sport helps me to feel good about my body and eat enough (because I know I can't perform well if I don't eat enough).

wait till you grow up a bit before you start worrying about that

be a kid, love yourself, and pick fun clothes. don't worry about size until you get closer to your adult size
