I want to lose weight safetly and effectively...Help???

I need to be able to excersise in my home because there are creepy people who live in my street. I am overweight and i dont like it. i want to change. Ever since i stopped being a vegetarian i have been piling on the pounds. But my parents wont let my be a vegetarian because i wasnt getting enough protein. Thanks :)

If you have Wii Fit then you can use that. Otherwise, make a comitment to exercising once every other day. If you exercise everyday, it can hurt your organs and can cause death. Or if you watch TV, then during commercials, get up and do some push-ups and run in place. During the shows you could eat a little snakc like carrots or grapes.. Just plain eat healthy and exercise!

but if you really feel the need to loose weight try these simple steps

a)healthy eating

*eat three serves of fruit and veg

*eat some meat once a day

*drink up to a liter + of water

*eat carbohydrates like pasta and bread in moderation


*do 15 situps

*15 toe touches

*15 twists(twisting your waist around and seeing how far back you can place your arm around bodyy sounds odd but works)

*15 curl ups

i suggest do this three times or if you want greater results do moree!

c) alternatives

*yoga ot pilates dvd

*skipping (silly but is a fantastic wayy to loose weight)

you can look in my blog under the Weight folder.

but the basics are eat healty well rounded meals, include more fruits and veggies. and 30mins of workout 3 day's a week is all you need for activness. don't feel the burn it's bad

and running, jogging, walking, crunges, leg lifts, arm lifts, and low weight at hi repition like those lil 2-3 lb weights are enough to help you burn fat rather than build giant muscles
