I go to the gym & use the ellyptical everyday...run/walk/jog whatever for a mile while using the arm holder thingies to lean on, thos concentrates heavily on your legs & abs....also do A LOT of crunches & side crunches!

Sit ups and i used to go on the wii fit and do hula hooping which deffinately worked, but you dont have to buy a wii fit, just buy a hula hoop haha x

YOGA! great way to relax and tone your muscles. do salutions to the sun there are also a whole bunch of yoga moves that concentrate on your legs, butt and abs. oh and the butterfly really helps to tone your abs. What great about is that it's super cheap and you can do it just about anywhere and anytime!
