Funny thing is that everyone seems to be dieting lately.I would stay with the fruits and veggies such as apples, pears,and peaches and such.Try to each your veggies such as broccoli,cauliflower, and green beans with hot meals as well.Drink tons of water.This help,it's the water diet; stay away from soda or anything with glucose.

i completely agree with miyuyon. getting in so many fruits and veggies, of ALL VARIETIES will keep you more full. listen to your body. one side effect will be your bathroom habits, but don't be scared away. it's almost like your body will be trying to reverse the effects of the overload of processed foods. also try beans like white and black beans, their addition will be as filling as meat.

Exercise, fruit and vegs, everyday. Mind, keep your meat, but a small amount and remember to chop of the fatty bits.
