i found that after i did a fruits and veggies diet and started back eating carbs, it was like i couldn't get enough. try to get away from so much sugar and carbs like pasta and bread. even if it says low calories because sugars don't care. i'm really like a conspiracy theorist when it comes to food, and believe that the food companies try to keep you buying their products. don't fall for the trap. good luck.

Some people eat lots when they are bored.

I have the same problem try to keep yourself busy.

I also chew gum and drink water, you can add lemon juice to the water it will make you feel more full. and if you know your going to snack a lot then eat less at meals.

Depending how old you are....your body might be still growing. I would not say to avoid sugars or carbs all together b/c your body and brain really need glucose to properly function. (Glucose important for the brain.) Watch your intake of course b/c too much of anything is not good. When you are snacking find health veges to snack on like celery, where you actually burn more calories eating it then consuming. I have stopped eating fast food all together and just preparing everything at home where I can control the salt...etc.

lol you could be bored and just keep snacking

no matter what get lots of fresh fruits and veggies on hand so when you do eat like crazy it's good for you and mainly a high water content instead of junk food

Stress eating... boredom... Idk. Every time you feel like you want to eat out of boredom or are just so overwhelmed, pick up a book or do something productive like finish homework or something. If you keep your mind occupied, your stomach will be too.
