I thought Ouidad is made for curly hair. check out their website and they have products to make your curls tighter and more like ringlets.

product wont do it i your hairs not naturally curly like a styling tool will-curling iron, rollers, etc. catwalk curling creme by tigi is the best for keeping the spring in your spiral curls but is very heavy, um...stay away from mousse, garneir provides pretty good curl products, gel may work too but can weigh your hair down. basically no product alone will spiral your curls for you unless something else is helping them like a curling iron or heredity.
