friends hanging out with other friends?

sometimes when one of my friends talks about hanging out with some of their (not mutual friends of ours, just their friends) friends i feel weird, like i got left out. anybody else ever feel like that or am i just strange? like sometime my friend will be like 'me and my friends debbie and karyn went to bluh bluhbluh." i won't know 'karyn' or 'debbie' are but i still feel left out.

No, you're not strange. I have had the same feeling at times. Just, find your own thing to do and hopefully (if they are true friends) will notice you by yourself and say something.

haha! y'know, even at 28, I still get that jealous pang whenever a friend has spent some time with her other friend/s. I think that's the normal psyche of us being social creatures.
