I have really thin smooth hair but how do i get it into the thick, messy high ponytail/ bun???

And maybe what kind of products can hold it up and thing's (shampoo's, sprays, Boby pins...)

Just the same way anyone else does. Use some hairspray and bobby pins to keep it in place though, and you might want to thin it out first, though this is completley natural. Well...

I have thick hair myself and I tend to put my hair up in a messy bun. It helps to wet your hair before putting it up. Try french plaits or just a normal pony tail. Avoid using sprays etc. all the time as it will build up on your hair and leave it even harder to brush. If your hair is too thick for you to handle, get your hair thinned out regularly (every 6 weeks).

you can tease it with hairspray and a big paddle brush. before you can prep it with a thickening cream like TIGI Catwalk thickening cream or a gel like big sexy hair gel.

use thickening products - shampoos &conditioners.

use mouse on your roots while you are drying it and dry your hair upside down.

then tease it and put it up :)
