How can you get rid of oily skin?

I'm 14 and I have horrible oily skin, so I was wondering how I could get rid of it. Any home remedies or face wash? I'm up for trying anything. Please help(:

My best friend uses this Mint Julep Mask and the results on her are great! Her oily skin and acne is actually starting to go away :)

The best thing to do is to regularly wash with a good face soap or skin cleanser. My skin is normally average but it was oily last summer I guess because of the heat. So I tried Clean and Clear Oil Absorbing Cream Cleanser and that really worked|mkwid|srFQmMYe7|pcrid|17022467922

Depending on what kind of makeup you use, look for brands that emphasize no-oils. For example, Neutrogena has a moisturizer without any oils.

The other two things I recommend is to exfoliate once a week or so to get rid of dead skin that contains some oil AND make sure that every night you remove all your makeup thoroughly to not clog up pores. Let your skin breathe overnight.

Like Jackie said, it's really important to wash your face. Get a good face soap and try washing your face often or whenever you feel like it's starting to get oily. I have oily skin too and I've tried TONS of products and I found out clearasil products are best for my skin. There are many types of cleansers, soap and other things so maybe you can check that out, but whichever brand you choose to buy a product from, don't buy, like, ten products right away but check and see if it suits your skin. :)

Well,I suggest that you stay our of the sun.Don't stay under it for too long, anyway, try using home remedies like Baking Soda mixed with a little lemon or honey, leave it on for 15 mins and rinse. You can also ask your dermatologist for suggestion.

Put corn starch on your face with a powder brush. I promise it works. Just try it, put it on lightly and you will be oil free for the next few hours (in my experience) It works great, my mom use to use it to get the oil out of her hair when she didn't wanna wash it, works the same on faces!
