soft skin??

Okay, I'm a stay at home mom and a clean freak, so i'm constantly using skolding hot water to get my dishes sterile (with no dishwasher) so now my hands are dry and on one finger the skin has even cracked! it hurts so bad. Lotions don't really work and i've been tryin aloe vera but no luck there either... Also in addition to restoring my hands back to normal, how can i get my feet soft? I really neglect my feet when it comes to that ( i know gross, but i keep them clean). I have very dry feet and they just are not soft at all and I hate it. please help

so I was born with eczema, it's very common in children and adults and alot of people are born with it, it's like when your skin becomes red and itchy/cracked and it ccan bleed. I used to get it on my hands and feet all the times, but then it went away after using lotion, however it came back a few weeks ago lol

anyways, I can't use any fragrance lotion on it, however i use personally, CETAPHIL, and you can get it at wal-mart or local grocery/drug store. it works wonders! (:

actually, I get the off-brand because I actually think it works better lol

i can totally relate to your predicament! i was a stay-at-home mom for about 3 years when my kids were younger. i do all the dishes and laundry and because of constantly dealing with harsh detergents, my hands were dry, scaly and cracked in some parts. even my feet took the toll. Soaking in warm water with lemon juice once a week can help. After which, use a hand lotion made for extremely dry skin like Eucerin. You may also consider using gloves when working around the house.

hope this helps!

For feet, try soaking your feet. And put some vaseline on your feet and put some socks on over top. Your feet get repaired so fast usually 2-3 times can

do it.

it works extremely well - apply when you wake up and before you go to bed to your feet, and to your hands throughout the day.

or pure lan - it's for nursing mothers but it works for anything, specifically lips.

get a prescribed cream or lotion from a dermatologist.

buy dishwashing detergent that is actually made for sensitive skin (i think it was dove who made it but im not quite sure. check on google)
