extension help!

okay, so i just got some clip-in extensions because i heard the other types could damage hair, and i don't want that. but uhm, i dye my hair blue black[the blue isn't too noticeable] and the hair extensions are black.

will you be able to tell a difference?

please help! i want to wear them to school tomorrow!

if your hair is more black it wont look to bad but in some lights the blue will show up and the extention will be black which couldn look odd depending on how you are wearing thm. it shouldnt look too bad. if you what to wear them then try and see what they look like if you think they look bad during the day u can always take them out. hope that helps xx

I agree with Sarah. If your hair is more black and the extension more blue or vice versa, that could look a little off though you can easily blend/hide them. I think you should try them first and see which one looks the most natural. And unlike glue-in extensions, you can always remove them or try a different color and you could always dye your hair more blue or black depending on the color of the extension. Post a pic if/when you put them in, I bet they'll look fine!

Why can't you just put your extensions in your hair and look in the mirror to see if it matches?

it really won't look odd.

I used to have the same combination.

in fact, my "black" extensions actually had more

of a blue tint in the light than my hair.

it should be fine but just so you know next time you dye your hair if you bought real human hair extensions you should be able to dye them too
