well if you just lost a bit they prolly don't notice but thats not important as long as you feel lighter and healthier thats good you don't have to lose weight to please them this is sumthing that u should do for yourself. and yes water helps but don't go crazy you'll get bloated just helps to fill you up and its great for other things like hydrating your skin.

actually you can loose weight drinking water. a water diet is just drinking lots of water so you will feel full and not eat as much. Just make sure you eat healthy nutritious foods. And u shud always eat a healthy breakfast to start your day off. Also exercising at lease 3 times daily will make a huge difference if your looking to loose weight

As "iamme01" said, drinking water with your food helps you feel more full and that way make you eat less. Its also good for your skin and help detoxing you body. By detoxing your body it will, or so I heard, be easier too lose weight. Try google it if you wanna know more. But one thing's for sure, water is a big plus :D

For a long period of time, you won't actually lose wait, but when you start to include a large amount of water (such as the suggested 2 litres a day), you will definitely lose some weight. Your body stores water, just like a camel for example; your body almost prepares for an emergency and tries to ensure that you won't become dehydrated. If you continue to drink a large amount of water, your body reacts and does not store this water - this is where your weight loss comes from :)

What the heck does your friend have to do with you losing weight. She doesn't have to think so. Yes, you can lose wait, but you can't just drink water and overeat. You should watch after what kind of food you eat and eat in normal amounts. any type of activity is really good too
