Sleeping problems!!!..LOL!

I have to practice sleeping early as soon as possible,coz schooldays are near!!!But I am really ahving a hardtime sleeping at night..I just cant sleep..!Im going to bed 12 am,hHhahaha..but Im sleeping 2 am!...Please gimme tips how to get to sleep early, food, riyuals, hehe..etc...Thanks guys!

Drink some milk before bed like a baby cause it'll relax u..... haha really, and be active during the day cause u'll get tired..... If u don't feel the need to sleep it's ok... Just wait until ur sleepy and then wake up early in the morning and then your body will see that sleeping that little is bad and then you'll probs sleep..... That's what helped me...... :)

you know, this isn't funny. and it isn't something to be joking around like:''HAHAHAHAH I can't sleep. I lay for like 2 hours in the bed and can't sleep!! LOL''

I can't remember when was the last time I slept for two whole hours. Probably last time when I was knocked down by a really high temperature or pills. so this is not funny. and there is nothing wrong with you, your body is just spoiled by sleeping all the day and no wonder you cant fall asleep at night. just go to sleep when you usually do and set your alarm at 7 a.m. and spend that whole day outside, doing some physical work. you'll be dead by 10 p.m.

first of all, stop going to bed at 12 am if you really wanna start sleeping early, geez..........that's way too late and a poor practice, (sorry if it sounds harsh but it's the truth) try going to bed at 10 pm and resist whatever it is that keeps you up so late, drinking warm milk before going to bed also helps i've done it several times XD plus, it also calms the mind, at least for me lol XD

good luck! i hope your body gets used to sleeping early soon! XD also, how soon are you supposed to go to school? i'm supposed to go on july 16

start making your self go to bed earlier everynight like if you go to bed at 12:00 try 11:30 or 11:00 then so on everynight. And if your parents are ok with it ask if you can take sleeping pills but i would only take a half if i were you, and you would need at least 8 hours of sleep with that. or if you cant do that and you cant go to sleep earlier set an alarm clock for early and make sure you get up then you will be tired and could go to sleep earlier. hope i helped(:

doing more physical activity during the day can help

reading at night to relax

sometimes drinking warm milk before you go to bed can help
