get a heat protectant spray and a flat iron

or live with it

or get it re done

try new product like shampoo wise and conditioner wise not hairspray or anything let it air dry as much as possible

You could get a deep conditioning treatment done (at a salon prefferably than home)

And leave it alone for a while, but not too long. You should be able to dye your hair once every couple of weeks, maybe relaxers no more than once every month or two.

But deep conditioning treatments in between will help a ton =D
