I am having trouble searching for the best answer to these questions..

What is the are the significant applications of anaerobic respiration in:

a. Wine making

b. Vinegar making

c. Food preservation

everything has to do with a type of item such as a yeast breaking down/fermenting one product and turning it into another item

items usually have to be in a cool dry dark area for this to happen properly
