what would be worse calorie wise?

apples or applesauce? i'm trying to get more fruit in my diet too and i just want to do it the easiest way

Apples are better, there is extra sugar in applesauce. You could try and look on line for your own applesauce reicipe. You might beable to find something with not alot of sugar.

read the applesauce package

it's fine to do apple sauce but i would get the unsweetened kind and i love adding a lil cinnamon (also cinnamon is good for you and can help your body digest sugars easier)

apples are way better than applesauce cause applesauce is mad just out of the extract of the apple with not so much real apples in it, plus it has a lot of sugar. so I would go for BarbiPiXi's suggestion. buy a non sugared applesauce and add a lil bit of cinnamon. and ofc, eat actual apples (:

apples, i think. applesauce has added sugar. i guess you could get the unsweetened kind like barbipixi said. applesauce is still good for you though because it still contains pretty much the same nutrients as in an apple

applesauce has added sugar and preservatives. it also tends to be processed
