take your time and make sure you have bright light so you can see the fine hairs. i often have this problem, especially during the summer months (or bathing suit season. whichever you prefer to say). i agree with maeve. try using a depliatory or maybe you could go to a salon get get professionally waxed so then you don't have to worry about re-shaving for at least 4 weeks. (you should only do this if you have a bit of extra pocket money. professional waxing can get expensive, i've found).

1. that hair could be VERY fine and you have to use a new razor that's still REALLY REALLY sharp to get it

2. the hair's sometimes grow in the opposite direction on that part of your leg or sideways so it's best to shave in multiple directions in that upper thigh area.

3. you could use nair on that section of your leg before you shower smear the cream on the back of your leg and let it set for a few mins then hop in the shower and wipe it with a wash clothe then shave the rest

i usually just put my leg on the side of the tub to shave the back of my thighs. just don't press too hard, and you shouldnt cut yourself.
