okay so i want to have well balanced breakfasts (i'm going to be getting up at reasonable hours to do this) but what should i have for breakfast to achieve the well balanced part? like cereal and fruit? or what? and can i make it inexpensive (i don't have a job yet and i'm not that high on money yet)

do the special k plan. on the back of the boxes it explains what to do. just fruit, juice, and cereal. none of which are expensive =]

yea seriously cereal with oj is a well balanced breakfast.



oatmeal with milk and fruit



begals with cream cheese and fruit
