i think ur tryin to loose weight? u look really skinny already! wat i do to loose weight is i... i keep perfect tract of my diet. i know i only eat 600-800 calories a day because i dont exeercise thats wat im sapose to have so i know it is healthy for me.

i have the samee problem .. ugh i hate it

i know theres certain exercises for it. heres one:

they are the hardest to get rid of.

it is SOOOO hard to get rid of hips/ love handles. truthfully it's really a thing showing your very feminine and fertile : P you're suppose to be soft and supple

but lots of dancing things can help (twisting motions and using those stomach muscles) i love rave dancing and using your whole body while dancing up and down and swaying and twirling and streching can all help tone your body while keeping some of the softness

i do eat healthy and i don't pig out...i eat balanced meals, 3 meals a day with a small snack in between...i hardly eat junk food and i walk to work (20 minute fast walk there and back)

Whoa there. 600 to 800 is definitely not enough and it is very unhealthy. I've taken anatomy and had an entire section about nutrition. The average person is supposedd to get 2000 a day! But for me, being 5'1 and 112 pounds and barely exercise, I'm supposed to have about 1,700 a day. Theres a website you can probably find on google that calculates the calories you need in a day by you putting in your info and every activity you do daily - its very helpful. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of it.
