i would say it may be a lil much but really my family used to go through bunches when i was younger we'd have cereal in the morning and a glass of milk with every meal

The negative side effects of milk are due mainly to the over-consumption of milk products beyond the recommended daily allowance of 3 8-oz glasses of milk. Consumers must be aware of both the pros and cons of drinking milk. Being knowledgeable consumers will empower us to decide how much we should rely on milk for our nutritional needs and empower us to be more proactive in creating a well-balanced and nutritious meal

so i would say try to watch how much your intake is per day trying to limit it to the 3 8oz servings on most days (i'm not saying every day if you want to have more some day that's up to you) but keep in mind you can mix a lil water with your milk to make it go further and also to increase your water intake (i know for a fact it's fine to add a lil to your ice cream to make a shake just mix fast so you don't get ice crystals, and in your cereal it's harder to taste mixed water and milk cause of the sugar content)

but that's it. i usually share a gallon with my daughter over the course of a week and a half
