It really depends how the meat was previously prepared before it was frozen. If it was grilled or baked, then it’s probably healthy. If it was breaded or fried prior to the freezing process, then it’s probably not that healthy for you. Therefore, the same rules hold true for fresh versus frozen when it comes to meat. However, one thing you need to look out for with frozen meat products is the sodium content. A lot of times, sodium is added to preserve the product.

Not Healthy at all ! eat salad , pasta , beef ... etc, but nuggets are so not healthy !

I don't think it is healthy in the way celeries and carrot sticks are but a better option over other processed meat products like burger beef patties. keep it in moderation. once or twice a week is fine. I personally love em too! my kids can't resist chicken nuggets for lunch and I sneak a couple of em into my plate. when no one's looking! lol!

they look like they can be baked and that's awesome i would just make sure to pair them with some yummy veggies.

diet tip stay away from fried

baked, boiled, grilled are the choices to make when eating (even at a fast food place) and yes at most mcdonalds and burger kings you should be able to switch those fries for apple bites lol

Omg. You're my twin!!! These are my favorite food items! WOO! But seeing as though I am on a diet I don't get to eat them regularly! They are high in Protein since they are white meat, but the negative thing is about them they are high in sodium- which if you're trying to loose weight, you should stay away from. The photo I provided proves my point. Instead of eating the nuggets why don't you try a breaded fish stick? You must force yourself to get used to foods you don't like in order to be healthier.

I'd rate these nuggets a C- on healthiness.
